Patents

During various development projects TPU has often contributed with inventions suitable for patenting. Approximately 45 patents have been granted and have given each client the competitive advantage, which the protection of a patent provides. These patents are either used directly to protect the specific product or to ensure freedom of operation for the future.

The rights to the patents always belong to the clients, as is the case for all other rights connected to the output of the development projects.
